Culinary - I am a confident chef adept at a wide range of culinary techniques, appearing as a hand model in shoots requiring culinary talent with clients such as Serious Eats and Macy’s.
Pastry - My true culinary love is pastry and I have a background working in bakeries and developing sweet recipes for clients. I am also a cookbook author (Oishisou!! The Ultimate Anime Dessert Cookbook, published by Insight Editions, 2022)
